Certified organic Italian restaurant serving rustic cuisine. Located in the heart of Olympia, minutes from I5, state capitol and the waterfront. Opening for business in 2001 always attempting to balance health and decadence, using quality sustainable, organic and local products as they have become available in both kitchen and bar.This simple classic space was designed by owner / executive chef Lisa Scott Owen in the shell of an old tire store respecting its late 40s early 50s modernism. using recycled building materials and vintage fixtures when ever possible. Finishing build out on entire space in 2007 and becoming Certified organic by Washington state in 2008.
