Pacific Science Center is adaptable and can be perfectly tailored to groups as diverse as 45 people to 4,500. We offer unique locations for you to delight and entertain your guests: dine with dinosaurs, host a laser show, stroll among hundreds of butterflies, dance under the arches, view extraordinary IMAX films, or check out our special rotating exhibit! We offer special group rates to exhibits, rental packages, theater packages, and more. We also work with exclusive caterers that know our facility inside and out. Create the perfect menu to accompany your adventure at Pacific Science Center. Pacific Science Center began as the US Science Pavilion during the 1962 World's Fair in Seattle. The walls of each building form an arch motif used by designer Minoru Yamaskai in a number of buildings. Upon closing ceremonies, the Science Pavilion became the first museum founded as a science and technology center in the US. It has been opening doors to exploration and discovery ever since, becoming one of the top science centers in the word.
